Join us for our Sunday stained glass mosaic / glass appliqué workshop. It’s perfect for beginners and improvers in glass art. Make something beautiful out of coloured glass offcuts- it’s good for the environment too.

Glass appliqué is similar to regular mosaic, but you work with pieces of glass on a background of clear glass, which lets the light shine through. The pieces of glass don’t need to fit accurately together, so it’s great for beginners and people with weak hands. If you’re a seasoned stained glass artist on the other hand, you’ll find it a brilliant way to use up your small offcuts of coloured glass.

We supply everything that you need, including materials, free onsite parking, lunch and refreshments. Just bring yourself, perhaps a friend, some closed-in shoes and a smile!

Whether it’s your first time cutting glass or whether you’ve cupboards full of art glass waiting for a new use, come and join us. In a day, you can expect to make a panel of around A5 size.
