During the government lockdown of the UK, all classes have been put on hold. We’ll reschedule as soon as it’s safe to do so (hopefully in December).
If you have symptoms of (or have been tested positive for) Covid-19, please do not come for your course. If you have been in close contact with someone who has developed Covid-19 in the past 14 days, please do not come for your course. In both of the above situations we’ll reschedule your course at no extra charge.
(In these situations, we’d be grateful if you could let us know as soon as you know, so that we don’t buy & waste food that’s not needed. Thanks.)
If we need to self-isolate due to exposure to Covid-19, we’ll reschedule your course for a mutually convenient date. We will not be liable for any other expenses that you have incurred (e.g. booking holiday leave or accommodation).
If you cancel for reasons other than Covid-19, our standard cancellation terms apply:-
For bookings cancelled more than three months in advance a full refund will be given.
For cancellations one to three months in advance, the full cost of the break can be credited to a new booking or CR&H gift voucher.
Cancellations one week to one month in advance will incur a forfeit of 50% of the cost of the break being cancelled; the remaining 50% will be credited towards the cost of a new booking or CR&H gift voucher.
No non-Covid refunds or credit will be given for cancellations within one week of the booked start date except when the Met Office issue a severe weather warning. If snow and / or ice make roads unsafe, we will happily reschedule your course; the only charge will be for any lunch that we’ve already bought for you and which won’t keep. This will be no more than £5 per person (usually less).
If you sign up for regular weekly courses, please let us know at least one full week in advance if you’ll be unable to make a session. You then won’t need to pay for that session. Classes missed without a week’s notice will have to be charged for. Sorry.
