Description
This gorgeous large oval fused glass bowl is meticulously handcrafted from white and vanilla cream glass. It has been fused in the kiln at about 800oC in the kiln which takes about 20 hours. After it is cooled and washed it is returned to the kiln over a ceramic mould to give the bowl its shape.  Each bowl is unique and is signed by the artist on the reverse. She’s used her background as a chemist to combine glasses that react together in the kiln to give a decorative effect reminiscent of sugar sprinkles on a cake or trifle!
It is a piece of art that would grace any coffee table, sideboard or window sill. It would also make a wonderful gift for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or any other occasion. Food safe.
