Description
Our hinged jewellery boxes have a synthetic black leather effect on the outside which gives a smart and professional look to your jewellery. Inside is a black velvet finish card with a black satin loop. The inside of the lid is finished with white satin.
The black velvet card has holes for earrings or cufflinks and slots for chains.
The smaller of the two sizes measures 5cm x 5cm x 1.9cm (when closed). This size is great for stud earrings, earrings up to 2cm long and those for other piercings. It’ll also hold a ring (though possibly not an enormous diamond) or possibly a small brooch.
The larger size is 7.5cm wide x 8.5cm deep x 2cm tall (when closed). This will accommodate dangly earrings, a pendant on a chain (with or without matching earrings) & many other things.
Both sizes of hinged jewellery box can fit into a padded envelope and be mailed Royal Mail “large letter” in most standard padded envelopes. The height of the boxes when closed does mean that they’re a tight squeeze for fused glass jewellery made from 6mm thick glass; we’d recommend our deluxe jewellery gift box for these.
