Description
This lovely decorative glass platter – Fishers of Men was inspired by seeing my vicar wearing a beautiful modern stole made by Juliet Hemingray. Juliet makes wonderful church vestments and has given her blessing to this interpretation of her work. Her work can be viewed at Green Stoles – Juliet Hemingray Church Textiles
This platter is executed in exquisite green and blue glass, with a shoal of copper foil fish swimming through the sea with some being caught in a net. The abstract water bubbles capture the fluidity of the water. This gorgeous piece creates visual interest and a tranquil focus on any coffee table or sideboard as well as being a functional platter. It would make a fantastic one-of-a-kind house warming gift or present for any occasion.
Food safe, hand wash or wash in dishwasher up to 500C but not recommended for heating in an oven.
The platter measures approximately 21 cms by 21 cms (8.5 inches by 8.5 inches) and is about 66o grams.
The item will come carefully packaged and is posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48. You can upgrade to a quicker Royal Mail Tracked 24 service at check out if preferred.
