Description
A large, decorative and useful fused glass fruit bowl made from strips of opaque cream glass. The glass has been carefully arranged in the kiln so the pieces overlap prior to being melted. After it is cooled and washed it is returned to the kiln over a ceramic mould to give the bowl its shape.
The bowl is approximately 35 cm long and 13.5 cm at its widest.
The design means that air gets to the fruit extending its life. When not enticing you to eat healthy food it’s still a decorative piece of art and is the perfect shape for a window sill or mantelpiece or as a centrepiece on a table. It would make a beautiful gift.
Food safe.
