Beginners’ glass fusing course starting
We have a new beginners’ glass fusing course starting soon. If you’d like to join an evening class for some relaxing, creative fun, why not join us in our light and airy Chilham studio? Classes run from 6.45pm to 9.45pm with an optional tea / coffee break. They’re £30 per session; pay for ten and get an eleventh class free!
Free parking on site too- no walking from a public car park.
Learn to cut glass and to make beautiful things using Bullseye fusing glass. No experience necessary, though you’re equally welcome if you’ve worked with glass before. We provide all of the tools that you need during your class, plus glass for the first week to get you started. (After that, you can bring your own glass or buy it from us; the choice is yours.)
The great thing about our classes is their flexibility. If you can’t make a session, give us at least a week’s notice and you won’t be charged for it.
Follow our structured course or do your own thing; it’s entirely up to you.
Here Sue’s exploring iridescent glass. You can see her cutting the glass on the lightbox, then her panel in the kiln before fusing
(next to another student’s dichroic fish) and then the finished panel.
If you love a special offer, the lovely people at Glass Studio Supplies (www.glassstudiosupplies.co.uk) will give you a discount on Bullseye fusing glass if you’re enrolled on one of our courses of regular weekly classes.
